By accessing or using The End Effector website (endeff.com) and related services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of Content

All content published by The End Effector — including articles, research, courses, and analysis — is protected by copyright. You may read and share links to our content. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Memberships

Paid memberships provide access to premium content including Cores (foundational guides), the Downrange event calendar, and Effector ID credentials, as described on the pricing page. Memberships are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

You may cancel your membership at any time via the Stripe billing portal accessible from your membership dashboard. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial membership periods.

Credentials earned during your membership remain valid and publicly verifiable even after cancellation. Calendar feed tokens are revoked when your membership expires.

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Operator renews at $3,000 a year, or at $300 a month if you chose monthly billing. Principal renews at $25,000 a year. We charge the card on file on each renewal date, at the price listed on the pricing page at that time.

SMS Communications (Conduit)

TEE Conduit is our community SMS platform. You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your phone number at conduit.endeff.com/subscribe. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• You will receive recurring text messages from The End Effector at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies, approximately 2–4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also unsubscribe via the web form at conduit.endeff.com/subscribe.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or email hello@endeff.com.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership.
• Your mobile phone number will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

The End Effector provides research and analysis for informational purposes. Our content does not constitute investment advice, legal advice, or professional consulting. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Who May Create an Account

You must be 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy a membership.

Acceptable Use

Read what you like and link to it freely. Do not:

• scrape the site or use automated tools to retrieve content in bulk;
• share your login, your credentials, or gated content with people who have not paid for it;
• upload unlawful or infringing material through Scramble, or send it to us over SMS;
• work around access controls, paywalls, or entitlement tokens.

Security researchers: our security page says what testing we allow. Work done inside those rules is not a breach of this section.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that has an unpaid balance. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach, we refund the unused portion of what you paid.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

Members publish text, links, and photos on their Effector ID profiles at id.endeff.com. If something there infringes your copyright, email jmill@endeff.com with the work you own, the URL of the material, and how to reach you. We will take it down.

Changes to These Terms

We change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did. If a change materially affects members, we email the address on your account at least 30 days before it takes effect. Keep using the site after that date and the new terms apply.

If Part of This Fails

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is narrowed or removed and the rest stands.

The Whole Agreement

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the agreement between you and us about the site and the services. They replace anything said elsewhere.
