By accessing or using The End Effector website (endeff.com) and related services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of Content

All content published by The End Effector — including articles, research, courses, and analysis — is protected by copyright. You may read and share links to our content. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Memberships

Paid memberships provide access to premium content including Cores (foundational guides), the Downrange event calendar, and Effector ID credentials, as described on the pricing page. Memberships are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

You may cancel your membership at any time via the Stripe billing portal accessible from your membership dashboard. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Credentials earned during your membership remain valid and publicly verifiable even after cancellation. Calendar feed tokens are revoked when your membership expires.

SMS Communications (Conduit)

TEE Conduit is our community SMS platform. You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your phone number at conduit.endeff.com/subscribe. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• You will receive recurring text messages from The End Effector at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies, approximately 2–4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also unsubscribe via the web form at conduit.endeff.com/subscribe.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or email hello@endeff.com.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership.
• Your mobile phone number will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
